When to Seek AC Service & What to Expect
Catching an AC issue before the warmest weeks of summer can help reduce the chance of being without cooling when you need it most. Four warning signs indicate it’s time to bring your vehicle in:
- Foul odor from the vents: Can indicate mold or bacteria in the system and shouldn’t be ignored
- Reduced airflow: A noticeable drop in air volume often points to a cabin air filter or blower issue
- Weak or warm cooling output: Gradual cooling loss frequently reflects a slow refrigerant leak
- Loud noises when the AC is on: Unusual sounds suggest a mechanical problem with the compressor or related components
If you’re noticing any of these signs, call (616) 737-8488 or book online to schedule AC Services in Byron Center. A complimentary inspection is included with every visit.
