How Our Brake Inspection & Repair Process Works
We move from the symptoms you report to inspection findings, informed approval, and the completed repair.
1. Describe What Changed
Tell us about any noise, pulling, warning lights, changes in pedal feel, or increased stopping distance. These details provide context for the inspection, but symptoms alone don’t determine the repair.
2. Review the Inspection
We check the relevant components for condition and visible wear. Then we explain our findings, discuss the available repair options, and provide the cost before asking for approval.
3. Complete the Approved Work
Our technicians perform the authorized repair and conduct a functional check afterward. We limit the service to the work you approved.
1. Schedule Your Appointment
Whether scheduling online or over the phone be sure and let us know what you're experiencing so we can provide fast and accurate service advice.
2. Diagnostics and Inspections
Drop off your vehicle and the shop will get to work with inspections and diagnostics using the same equipment as the manufacturers to determine issues and next steps.
3. Digital Vehicle Inspection Report and Estimate
Following the diagnosis we will text you a digital vehicle inspection report, containing pictures and videos of our findings and recommendations.
4. Review and Approval
A service advisor will reach out to walk you through the findings and recommendations to determine how you would like to proceed, or you can approve work directly in your DVI.
5. Work Performed or Scheduled
Most work can be completed immediately, or scheduled based on parts and customer availability.

How Brake Wear Can Affect Stopping Performance
Pads and shoes are friction components that wear as they press against rotors or brake drums. Brake fluid supports hydraulic operation in many systems, while calipers, wheel cylinders, and related hardware help apply and release braking force.
Noise, pulsation, pulling, pedal changes, and longer stopping distances can point to different concerns. Because several components may produce similar symptoms, an inspection is more reliable than diagnosing the problem from one sign alone.
When to Arrange a Brake Inspection
Consider an inspection when you notice a new sound, see a brake-system warning, feel a change in stopping performance, or want the system checked during routine maintenance. An inspection can identify the source of the change and clarify whether service is needed.
Get Clear Answers About Your Brakes
Bring your vehicle to us for Brake Service and a straightforward explanation of the findings. We service any make and model and provide recommendations and pricing before approved work begins.
What a Brake Inspection May Examine
The appropriate inspection scope depends on your vehicle and the symptoms you report. We may examine friction material and braking surfaces, hydraulic components and fluid condition, or the parking brake and related hardware.
Replacing one visible component doesn’t resolve every concern. Worn friction material, for example, may appear alongside an issue involving a rotor, brake drum, hydraulic component, or related hardware.
Our recommendations account for your vehicle’s symptoms, visible or measured wear, manufacturer requirements, and inspection findings. With ASE-certified technicians, clear explanations, and upfront pricing, you can make an informed decision before work begins.
