Christian Brothers Automotive Kind helpful fair and honest “The staff is always incredibly helpful & kind. I am always able to get an appointment quickly & have a quick pick-up as well. I love that they call to explain the quote estimate in more detail, & call to explain any changes to the quote & confirm your approval. When I initially called, I was dropping off for “body work.” But driving in between my call & my appointment, I realized my air conditioning was not working, so I asked if they would be able to look at my AC as well when I dropped off. I felt bad asking last minute because I know this means extra time, parts, labor, etc. & I should have asked initially. But the staff did not hesitate, & were more than willing to help me & added it to my appointment. I truly appreciate their kindness & the help they give their customers. Alysha was so helpful when I called to book. The man who checked me in said he was training & apologized for any “delays”. But, he did great! He was so kind & helpful. Thank you to ALL of the staff.
