While we were in the waiting area, the front desk person knew everyone who came in by name (many of which were older folks by the way... says something about a business if elderly people are patrons, as they often recognize appreciate quality service). They were honest about wait times (rather than telling you it would be an hour and then taking like 6) and we did need additional work done but the work was minimal--they didn't come back with a report of 14 things to fix, just 1. This experience is what tells me that if someday we DID have many things to fix, their word would be trustworthy. Jesse was awesome to work with and I appreciate that they got us taken care of even with the chaos of Spring Break! I left to come home IMMEDIATELY after PICKING up my car. The day after i came home i noticed some issues with the car . Since the C.B. Warranty is good at any LOCATION nationwide , i contacted the wichita location. A.J.& Anthony got me in quickly and had answers the next day, in addition to CONFIRMing that it was a warranty issue. Which they resolved quickly and with a smile. As far as i am concerned, The HANDLING of this situation speaks volumes too not only A.J. & Anthony, but the company culture and its integrity as well.
