It was so hard to find a mechanic to work on my Smart car besides Mercedes, which I didn't want. After days of calling people I finally called Christian Bros and am so glad I did! Being a single lady I worried about people taking advantage of me but these guys do a great job. I couldn't be more pleased with the service, affordability and kindness I received. Christian Brothers Automotive I GIVE THEM A 5 STAR REVIEW “Chapter 2 - the review lol! christian Brothers automotive has been there for me time after time. and i give them a 5 star review. Each TIME I call, no matter who it is, they listen and have a good understanding of what i mean and a good idea of what might be going on with my vehicle. this time it was no different. for some time, i kept hearing a grinding noise, especially in the front breaks. I thought my rotos were bad and needed replaced. I remember a conversation i had with josh a while back and he said when i hear that noise, go and take my suv to the car wash because my rotors might have brake dust on them and that could be why I am hearing a grinding noise. i was a little skeptic, but i did what he said and guess what!... the grinding noise went away! who knew, right! although, he did say, if the grinding noise keeps coming back and i need some reassurance, i can bring it into the shop to have the guys take a look at it. it did come back so I called and they got me in the next day. i ran my suv through the carwash right after i made the appointment. sure enough the grinding noise went away again, but for my own insanity, i needed christian brothers to take a look at it anyway. they got my suv in the car port soon after i checked in and it didn't take long for Christian Brothers to come back and say that my rotors are all okay. it's brake dust falling on the rotors and when it happens again, take it through the car wash once or twice. i know that works so I certainly will do that. in conclusion, I am so thankful to god and to Christian brothers for taking such good care of my vehicle and giving me the REASSURance that my vehicle is safe to drive.
