My name is Doug Kircher, and I am the Franchise Operator of Christian Brothers Automotive Weldon Spring. I bring over 20 years of Automotive and Customer Service experience to our community. I have been blessed with a beautiful family that includes my wife, Calie, and my two young daughters, Greta Ray and Mabel Kay. Although I am not originally from Missouri, my wife and children are, and we have called St. Louis and the surrounding area home since 2017.

I was very fortunate to serve the St. Louis community as a volunteer for the First Tee organization for about 2 years between 2018 and 2020 through my passion for golf. My wife is a very motivated and highly skilled social worker and has served St. Charles County and surrounding areas through multiple non-profit organizations. She is now a child social advocate for a local school district in St. Charles County.

I have been blessed with the opportunity to continue my work by serving as a Franchise Operator with Christian Brothers Automotive. Our mission is to provide excellent automotive service with honesty and integrity while being a light in the community through the word of God. We are conveniently placed next to Waterway Carwash across the street from Walnut Grill. Known for his impeccable work ethic, Jack is a true car enthusiast who brings both passion and precision to every job. When he’s not under a hood, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Cassandra, and their two young children. We are thrilled to have the Borgschulte family as part of our Christian Brothers Automotive team.

As a multi-area ASE-certified technician and Missouri State Inspector, AJ is currently pursuing his Master ASE status to achieve GVIP recognition. When he’s off the clock, AJ and his wife, Kristen, enjoy life outdoors with their two dogs, often found hunting or fishing.
Jason Hewkin
Technician (Apprentice)
Jason Hewkin is a highly motivated, detail-oriented Automotive Technician with over two years of exceptional, hands-on entry-level experience. A distinguished graduate of Ranken Technical College, Jason completed his studies Cum Laude at the top of his class, establishing a strong foundation in advanced automotive systems.
He currently holds 6 A.S.E. Certifications and specializes in precision alignments, comprehensive vehicle inspections, and routine routine maintenance. Driven by a passion for technical excellence and continuous learning, Jason is actively pursuing his long-term career goal of becoming a Master Level Certified Technician.
Paul Brooks

Paul Brooks possesses two years of highly relevant Automotive Parts experience, positioning him as a professional and expert Estimator. He excels at strategic parts procurement, skillfully maximizing our vendor network to deliver high-quality or O.E.M. replacement options that secure a financial advantage for our guests.
