More than a name he said, "I am a Christian."
“Not sure I've ever been excited about an automotive shop, but I am now! My first visit to Christian Brothers was exceptional! And this is why: I stopped by to get a quote on some front end suspension and brake work. I had already received a quote from my go-to shop or I should now say my "ex" go-to shop. I was told that I needed $2000.00 worth of work on my 2005 Ford Five Hundred.
However, I told the guys at CB (Christian Brothers) that I thought I needed this work done, because I trusted the guys at my now "ex" shop. Point being, I had just armed CB with the opportunity to take full advantage of me with the previous quote. Well, they did not take advantage of me. In fact they said the work I needed was much less than I had been quoted by my "ex" shop and would cost more like $600.00 by my now, new, "Christian Brothers", Christian Brothers! Did you see what I just did there? So, I left my car in their extremely capable hands and they gave my Mother In-law and I a ride back to her house. And my car was ready the following morning. OK, so let me start back at the beginning of our CB experience. My 91 year old Mother In-law was with me when I stopped into "My New CB Automotive". Get this! My sweet, but spunky, mother in-law, M....., had an upset stomach. Straight away after we got there, M..... ask Luke Younger, one of the CB owners, if he had any Tums for her tummy? Well, he did not have any on hand. But, within mere moments Luke had enlisted the help of one of his willing and able staff members who promptly left and returned with said Tums for a very appreciative mother in-law, and me the son in-law. Wow!They went above and far beyond my expectations!Great job on the car! Christian Brothers Automotive, what a class act!One more thing, I ask Luke if he was a Christian Brother or was that merely the name of the company? More than a name he said, "I am a Christian."”
