Drop off your vehicle and the shop will get to work with inspections and diagnostics using the same equipment as the manufacturers to determine issues and next steps.
3. Digital Vehicle Inspection Report and Estimate
Following the diagnosis we will text you a digital vehicle inspection report, containing pictures and videos of our findings and recommendations.
4. Review and Approval
A service advisor will reach out to walk you through the findings and recommendations to determine how you would like to proceed, or you can approve work directly in your DVI.
5. Work Performed or Scheduled
Most work can be completed immediately, or scheduled based on parts and customer availability.
If you're concerned about the tread on your tires, we recommend the “penny test” to check your tread depth. Simply insert a penny into your tire's tread groove with Lincoln's head upside down and facing you. If you can see all of Lincoln's head, your tread depth is less than 2/32 inch and it's time to replace your tires.
Frequently Asked Questions
How often should I get an alignment?
We generally recommend an alignment check about once a year or when you notice symptoms like pulling or uneven tire wear. Hitting a pothole or curb can also be a reason to have it inspected. Our team can suggest an interval based on your mileage and driving conditions.
What are the signs my car needs alignment?
Common signs include a steering wheel that is off-center while driving straight, a car that drifts to one side, vibration through the wheel, or uneven tire wear. If you notice any of these, we can inspect your vehicle and explain whether alignment service would be helpful.
Do I need alignment when I buy new tires?
It is often a good idea to have alignment checked when new tires are installed. Proper alignment helps protect your investment by allowing the tires to wear more evenly. We can review your current alignment readings and discuss whether any adjustments are recommended with your new tires.
How long does a wheel alignment take?
Most alignment services can typically be completed within a couple of hours, depending on the condition of your vehicle and whether additional suspension work is needed. You are welcome to relax in our lobby or use our complimentary shuttle so your day can continue smoothly.
Will you explain my alignment results to me?
Yes, our team takes time to review your alignment readings and show what changed. We explain the information in clear language and answer your questions before and after any work. Our goal is for you to understand what was done and why it benefits your vehicle.
