Frequently Asked Questions
How often should I have my brakes checked?
We generally recommend having your brakes checked at least once a year, or when you rotate your tires. If you drive frequently in traffic, tow, or notice any new noises or changes in pedal feel, it is wise to schedule an inspection sooner so we can check things for you.
How long does brake service usually take?
The time for brake work depends on what your vehicle needs. Many pad and rotor services can be completed the same day once you approve the estimate. We will review timing with you up front and offer shuttle rides when available so you can stay on schedule.
Will you explain what my brakes need before I decide?
Yes, explaining your options clearly is a key part of how we work. After inspecting your brakes, we review what we found in plain language, show you worn parts when possible, and provide a written estimate. You choose which recommended services to approve before any brake service begins.
What kind of warranty do you offer on brake work?
Our brake repairs are backed by an industry-leading warranty on parts and labor. Specific terms can vary by component, and we review those details with you when we prepare your estimate. The warranty reflects our confidence in the care our technicians put into every brake repair.
Is it safe to drive here if my brakes make noise?
Mild squealing can sometimes allow limited driving, although we still suggest an inspection soon. If you hear grinding, feel a soft pedal, or notice a warning light, it is safer to limit driving as much as possible. When you call, we can discuss your symptoms and suggest a practical next step.
