Drop off your vehicle and the shop will get to work with inspections and diagnostics using the same equipment as the manufacturers to determine issues and next steps.
3. Digital Vehicle Inspection Report and Estimate
Following the diagnosis we will text you a digital vehicle inspection report, containing pictures and videos of our findings and recommendations.
4. Review and Approval
A service advisor will reach out to walk you through the findings and recommendations to determine how you would like to proceed, or you can approve work directly in your DVI.
5. Work Performed or Scheduled
Most work can be completed immediately, or scheduled based on parts and customer availability.

How Your Brake System Works
Most vehicles use one of two brake designs, and many use both. Disc brakes use calipers that squeeze brake pads against a flat rotor to slow the wheel. Drum brakes use brake shoes that press outward against the inside of a curved drum. Disc brakes are common on front axles and increasingly on all four wheels, while drum brakes still appear on the rear axles of many trucks and older vehicles.
Brake fluid connects the pedal to both systems. When you press the pedal, hydraulic pressure transmits through the fluid to activate the calipers or wheel cylinders. Over time, brake fluid absorbs moisture from the air, which lowers its boiling point and can reduce braking performance. Periodic fluid flushes are part of a complete brake maintenance routine for that reason.
Worn brake pads or shoes are the most common reason a vehicle needs brake service. Pads and shoes are designed to wear gradually as a consumable component, but running them past their useful life puts unnecessary stress on rotors, drums, and calipers. Catching wear early is a straightforward way to help keep the rest of the system in good condition.
