Frequently Asked Questions
Can you repair my flat tire, or do I need to replace it?
We inspect every flat to see if the repair is safe. If the puncture is small and in the tread area, we can usually repair it. If damage reaches the sidewall, is severe, or shows internal harm, we will explain why replacement is the safer choice.
How long will tire repair or replacement take?
Many tire repairs and replacements are completed within a few hours, depending on workload and parts availability. When you arrive, we provide an estimated timeframe and keep you updated. If you have other commitments, we can often arrange a complimentary shuttle to help you stay on schedule.
What kind of warranty do you offer on tires?
We back our qualifying tire services with an industry-leading warranty on our workmanship. Specific tire warranty coverage can vary by brand and product, so we review details with you before installation. Our goal is for you to understand how your tires are covered after you leave our shop.
Will you explain my options before doing any tire work?
Yes. We always walk you through our inspection findings and discuss repair and replacement options before starting work. Our team uses clear, simple language and welcomes your questions. We want you to feel confident that any decision about your tires is informed and comfortable.
Can you check other things while my tires are serviced?
In many cases we can. While your vehicle is in for tire work, we can review maintenance history and let you know if services like oil changes or inspections are due. With your approval, we can often combine these into the same visit to save you time.
