Scott the owner took care of it and did exactly what he said. That is hard to find anymore. This shop is fair and does a very good job for the price of the work. Another hard thing to find. I was nervous driving into bartlett close to rush hour but made it to christian bros. hoping they could take a look at it. dustin was so kind and helpful at the end of a busy day to take time to listen and try to trouble shoot the problem. I RAN THE 200 YARDS TO CHRISTIAN BROS BARTLETT, TOLD THEM WHAT HAD HAPPENED AND ASKED IF THEY COULD HELP ME. JASON AND DUSTIN HELPED ME PUSH THE EXPLORER DOWN TO THEIR PARKING LOT.
