3. Digital Vehicle Inspection Report and Estimate
Following the diagnosis we will text you a digital vehicle inspection report, containing pictures and videos of our findings and recommendations.
4. Review and Approval
A service advisor will reach out to walk you through the findings and recommendations to determine how you would like to proceed, or you can approve work directly in your DVI.
5. Work Performed or Scheduled
Most work can be completed immediately, or scheduled based on parts and customer availability.
What to Expect When You Bring Your Diesel Vehicle In
Leaving a diesel truck or work vehicle at a shop can mean a disrupted day. We’ve built our process around minimizing that. Our complimentary shuttle service drops you off and picks you up while your vehicle is being serviced, and our comfortable waiting lounge with free Wi-Fi and refreshments is there if you’d rather stay.
Every visit includes a complimentary Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI). After diagnosis, you’ll receive photos and videos of your vehicle directly on your phone, along with findings and recommendations from the technician. You can review the DVI report and approve or decline any recommended work from your smartphone, or talk through the details with a service advisor. Seeing actual photos of identified issues means you’re making decisions based on what’s actually there, not a verbal description. With owner-operators Jason and Tia Thompson on site, there’s someone available to answer questions directly.
How the Diesel Repair Process Works
When you schedule, note the symptoms or concerns you’ve noticed with your diesel vehicle. That lets us prepare accurate service advice before you arrive. After drop-off, our technicians perform diagnostics and inspections using manufacturer-quality equipment, then send the DVI report with photos and videos to your phone. A service advisor walks you through the findings, and no work proceeds until you’ve reviewed and approved it.
