Frequently Asked Questions
How long will my oil change take?
Most oil changes are completed within a time frame that works for many schedules, although exact timing can vary. Factors include your vehicle type, current shop activity, and whether you request additional services. We give you a realistic estimate at check-in and keep you updated.
What is included in your oil change service?
Our oil change service typically includes draining the old oil, installing a new oil filter, and filling with oil that meets your vehicle’s specifications. We also perform a visual inspection and check key fluid levels. Before any additional services are performed, we review our findings with you.
Do I need an appointment for an oil change?
We recommend an appointment so we can plan your visit and work to minimize your wait time. When you call our team, we work with your schedule to find a convenient time. If you have an urgent need, we encourage you to contact us so we can discuss options.
Will you try to sell me extra repairs?
Our approach is to inform, not pressure. If we see something that needs attention during your visit, we explain what we found, why it matters, and whether it can wait. You decide what to approve. We believe trust is built by clear information and respectful recommendations.
How does your warranty apply to oil changes?
We back our workmanship with an industry-leading warranty, which applies to eligible services performed during your oil change visit. Specific coverage details can depend on the parts and work involved. Our team is happy to explain how the warranty works before you authorize any service.
