Fleet Services Covered at Our Aurora Shop
Our Fleet Services span cars to heavy-duty trucks, covering routine and corrective maintenance across the full range. Every visit includes a Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) report sent via text directly to the fleet manager’s phone, with pictures and videos of findings and technician recommendations.
Proactive maintenance helps keep service vehicles working seamlessly and reduces the likelihood of unexpected breakdowns that pull a vehicle off route. Common services include:
- Oil Changes
- Tire Rotations
- Brake Inspections and repairs
- Fluid Services
- Electrical System Checks
Fleet managers can approve or deny recommended work directly from a smartphone, or call the shop to discuss. Most work is completed immediately; anything requiring parts or scheduling is coordinated around your timeline.
Minimal Downtime for Your Aurora Fleet
Coordinating service across multiple vehicles requires a shop that communicates clearly and holds to agreed timelines. We notify fleet clients ahead of time when maintenance checks are coming up, so nothing catches you off guard. Our technicians work efficiently to complete repairs designed to last, not just repairs that are fast.
Unplanned downtime affects revenue and customer commitments directly. That’s why we build customized service plans around your fleet’s schedule and operational demands, handling scheduled work before it becomes an emergency.
Contact Christian Brothers Automotive South Aurora at (720) 571-4980 or schedule online to start a Fleet Services relationship built around your operation.Fleet Vehicle Types & the Organizations We Serve
Fleet vehicles include delivery vans, service trucks, passenger cars, utility vehicles, and commercial trucks used for daily operations. Light-duty fleets, typically passenger cars, pickup trucks, and cargo vans, follow service intervals closely aligned with standard auto maintenance schedules. Heavier commercial vehicles require the same proactive maintenance attention, with higher stakes when something goes wrong.
Organizations that benefit from a fleet service partnership include contractors, delivery services, property management companies, healthcare organizations, and municipal agencies. A single service partner who tracks vehicle histories, flags upcoming service needs, and maintains consistent repair records across an entire fleet can reduce administrative burden and support accountability across vehicles.
How the Fleet Service Process Works
Our service process is designed for fleet manager convenience at every step:
- Schedule: Call (720) 571-4980 or book online, describing the vehicle’s needs for fast and accurate service advice.
- Drop Off: Technicians perform inspections and diagnostics using manufacturer-equivalent equipment.
- Receive Your DVI: A Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) report is sent via text with pictures and videos of findings and recommendations.
- Review and Approve: A service advisor walks you through the findings, or you can approve work directly within the DVI on your phone.
- Vehicle Returned: Most work is completed immediately; anything requiring parts or additional scheduling is coordinated with you directly.
