Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know if my brakes are still safe?
The best way to know is through a thorough inspection by a qualified technician. Warning signs include noises, vibration, a soft pedal, or longer stopping distances. If you notice any of these changes, we recommend scheduling a visit so our ASE-certified team can evaluate your braking system.
Will you explain brake repairs before doing any work?
Yes, we always review recommendations with you before starting repairs. Our team explains what we found, why a repair is suggested, and which items affect immediate safety. You have the opportunity to ask questions and approve the work, so there are no surprises when it is time to pick up your vehicle.
How long does a typical brake service take?
Timing depends on what your vehicle needs, but many brake services can be completed within the same business day. After our inspection, we provide an estimated timeframe so you know what to expect. Our complimentary shuttle and comfortable lobby help you stay productive while your vehicle is in our care.
What kind of warranty do you offer on brakes?
We offer an industry-leading warranty on eligible brake repairs and parts. This warranty reflects the confidence we have in our workmanship and the components we install. When we review your invoice, we explain how the warranty applies to your specific brake repair so you understand your coverage.
Can I wait at your shop while my brakes are checked?
Yes, many guests choose to wait during a brake inspection or service. Our lobby is designed to be welcoming and comfortable, so you can relax or catch up on work. If waiting is not convenient, we also provide a complimentary shuttle, subject to availability, to help you get where you need to go.
