What to Expect With an Alignment
1. Schedule Your Appointment
Whether scheduling online or over the phone be sure and let us know what you're experiencing so we can provide fast and accurate service advice.
2. Diagnostics and Inspections
Drop off your vehicle and the shop will get to work with inspections and diagnostics using the same equipment as the manufacturers to determine issues and next steps.
3. Digital Vehicle Inspection Report and Estimate
Following the diagnosis we will text you a digital vehicle inspection report, containing pictures and videos of our findings and recommendations.
4. Review and Approval
A service advisor will reach out to walk you through the findings and recommendations to determine how you would like to proceed, or you can approve work directly in your DVI.
5. Work Performed or Scheduled
Most work can be completed immediately, or scheduled based on parts and customer availability.

If you're concerned about the tread on your tires, we recommend the “penny test” to check your tread depth. Simply insert a penny into your tire's tread groove with Lincoln's head upside down and facing you. If you can see all of Lincoln's head, your tread depth is less than 2/32 inch and it's time to replace your tires.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why are Car Alignments Important?
Car alignment is crucial as it affects how your vehicle grips the road, its handling, and overall safety. Proper alignment ensures even tire wear, improved fuel efficiency, and prolonged tire life. Regular alignment checks are essential to maintaining your vehicle's performance and safety standards.
How Often Should I Get My Wheels Aligned?
It is generally recommended to check your wheel alignment every 6,000 miles or twice a year. However, if you frequently drive on rough roads or notice signs of misalignment like steering wheel imbalances or vehicle pulling, it’s wise to have it checked sooner.
How Can I Tell If My Tire Alignment Is Off?
Common signs of misalignment include uneven tire wear, a steering wheel that isn’t centered while driving straight, and your car pulling to one side. If you notice any of these signs, it’s important to schedule an alignment service promptly to avoid further damage and improve safety.
What Happens During an Alignment Service?
During an alignment service, our technicians use computerized alignment tools to measure your vehicle’s current specifications. We'll adjust your car’s angles to meet the manufacturer's specifications, ensuring optimal performance. The entire process is transparent, so you'll understand each step.
Does Alignment Affect My Vehicle Warranty?
Yes, maintaining proper alignment can ensure your vehicle remains within warranty guidelines. Misalignment can lead to premature wear and issues that potentially void your tire warranty. Keeping regular alignment check-ups can help uphold your vehicle’s coverage.
