Frequently Asked Questions
How often should I schedule maintenance?
Maintenance timing typically follows your vehicle's owner's manual, combined with how and where you drive. We review the manufacturer's schedule, ask about your daily commute and conditions, then suggest a plan that fits your situation. Our goal is to prevent problems without recommending unnecessary visits.
Do newer cars still need tune-ups?
Yes, newer vehicles still benefit from tune-ups, although the parts and intervals have changed. Modern cars rely on advanced ignition and fuel systems that need periodic inspection and updates. Our technicians explain what a tune-up means for your specific vehicle and recommend services accordingly.
Will you explain the costs before doing the work?
We always review recommended services and pricing with you before starting any work. You receive an estimate and an explanation in clear language, and we encourage questions. Nothing is performed without your approval, so you stay in control of your budget and your vehicle.
How long will my service visit take?
Visit length depends on what your vehicle needs, from a basic oil change to more complete diagnostics. We provide an estimated timeframe at check-in and update you if plans change. Our complimentary shuttle helps you manage your day while we take care of your car.
Can I trust your technicians with my car?
Our technicians hold ASE certifications and use manufacturer-quality equipment, which helps support thorough, accurate service. We combine those credentials with a strong warranty on qualified repairs and a commitment to honest communication. Many drivers come back because they appreciate both the skill and the neighborly care they receive.
