How Our Fleet Service Process Works
We designed our process to keep fleet operators informed and in control at every step, whether they’re on-site or managing things remotely.
- Schedule an appointment online or by phone. Let us know what the vehicle is experiencing so we can prepare for fast, accurate service.
- Drop off the vehicle. Our technicians perform inspections and diagnostics using the same equipment manufacturers use, so nothing gets missed.
- Receive your Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) report via text, including photos and videos of findings and recommendations for each vehicle.
- Review with your service advisor. We walk your fleet contact through every finding. You can approve or decline work directly from your smartphone through the DVI.
- Work is completed or scheduled. Most repairs are often finished the same visit. When parts or availability require scheduling, we coordinate around your fleet’s operational needs.
1. Schedule Your Appointment
Whether scheduling online or over the phone be sure and let us know what you're experiencing so we can provide fast and accurate service advice.
2. Diagnostics and Inspections
Drop off your vehicle and the shop will get to work with inspections and diagnostics using the same equipment as the manufacturers to determine issues and next steps.
3. Digital Vehicle Inspection Report and Estimate
Following the diagnosis we will text you a digital vehicle inspection report, containing pictures and videos of our findings and recommendations.
4. Review and Approval
A service advisor will reach out to walk you through the findings and recommendations to determine how you would like to proceed, or you can approve work directly in your DVI.
5. Work Performed or Scheduled
Most work can be completed immediately, or scheduled based on parts and customer availability.
Consider Us Partners in Your Success
We don’t think of Fleet Services as a transaction. Our goal is to be a long-term operational partner for businesses that depend on their vehicles. That means proactive maintenance to support service vehicles working seamlessly, honest communication about what’s needed and when, and pricing that reflects the value of a relationship rather than a one-time job.
Our services cover everything your fleet requires, from routine tire rotations and oil changes to complex repairs across brakes, electrical systems, and beyond. As a nationally trusted auto repair franchise with deep local roots in Lakeville, we bring the resources of a proven system and the accountability of an owner who’s here every day. We treat every fleet client the way we’d want to be treated: with courtesy, honesty, and respect.
Fleet Services Coverage at Our Lakeville Shop
Every fleet is different. A small business running light-duty trucks has different maintenance demands than a governmental agency managing a mixed vehicle pool. We handle both, along with everything in between, under one roof.
Our Fleet Services span cars to heavy-duty trucks, covering all major American and foreign makes and models. Routine maintenance helps keep operating costs predictable, and when something more complex comes up, we have the full repair range in-house.
Services available for fleet vehicles include:
- Oil changes and tire rotations
- Brake inspection and repair
- Alignment and suspension
- Electrical system diagnostics and repair
- Cooling system service
- Transmission and engine repair
- Exhaust and fuel system service
- Complimentary courtesy inspection on every visit, covering lights, brakes, suspension, tires, and battery

The Nice Difference® Warranty on Fleet Work
Every service we perform is backed by the Nice Difference® Warranty: 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first. That coverage follows the work, not the location. If a fleet vehicle needs warranty service at any Christian Brothers Automotive location nationwide, it’s honored there, not just at our Lakeville shop. For fleets whose vehicles travel or operate across regions, that transferability matters. If your organization works with an extended warranty provider, our team can coordinate coverage details when you schedule.
Digital Vehicle Inspection as a Fleet Transparency Tool
Every visit includes a complimentary Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI). After our technicians complete their inspection, the DVI report is sent directly to your fleet contact by text, with photos and videos documenting what was found and what we recommend. You don’t need to be at the shop to make an informed decision. Approvals or questions can be handled from a smartphone, or you can call your service advisor to talk through anything in detail. For fleet managers juggling multiple responsibilities, that can make vehicle decisions easier without leaving the office. We also offer after-hours key drop through a slot in our front door, with envelopes located to the right of the door, so drop-off can happen on your schedule.
