Granbury’s 40th Annual Old Fashioned 4th of July Celebration

Backyard barbeques, spending time outside with your family and, of course, Granbury’s annual 4th of July celebration!

Join Christian Brothers Automotive Granbury as we celebrate this 40-year tradition. Hosted by the Granbury Chamber of Commerce, the “Old Fashioned 4th of July Celebration” will begin Thursday, July 3rd and go through Sunday, July 6th.

The fella’s here at Christian Brothers Automotive are especially excited about the first event Thursday night, the D&D Rockin’ Rods Classic Car Show!

Friday will be packed full of fun, including a hometown parade and the fireworks show over Lake Granbury (near Pearl St. Bridge). In case you haven’t heard, Granbury’s fireworks show is ranked in the top 10 in the Southwestern United States & the top 50 in the US!

But the celebration doesn’t stop there! The festivities continue into Saturday with arts, crafts and Old Fashioned family games. The event will wrap up Sunday night with a final showing of “1776 the Musical” by Granbury Theatre Company at the Opera House.
