Christian Brothers Automotive Highly recommend - phenomenal STAff! “I had an 08 crown VICTORIA police Interceptor with 314,024 miles! It was acting weird on my way to work. Then on my way home, the check engine light came on. I was able to swing by Christian Brothers off Pecos, since they're open till 6pm. Which is handy for those working m-f. They checked it out next day and had gotten back to me after lunch. It wound up being too costly to fix, keep in MINd the high miles! It lasted me a long time and i knew it was getting close to the end. I wound up leaving it there and setting up a scrap yard to come and pick it up. I didn't want to risk driving it home and having further issues. I also didn't want to risk anyone's safety on the road, with an unstable vehicle. I was able to empty my car prior to pick up and i kept the shop in the loop with my progress. As i didn't want to take advantage of their kindness. The staff were all phenomenal and helped me stress less with THEIR help along the way. I really appreciate THEIr customer service and support! I want to make note they ALSO have a dropbox, for your KEYs if you arrive outside of business hours. And they provide DVI, digital vehicle inspection. Which is when they take pictures of your vehicle to show you what they see. This is very handy and helpful for both the shop and customer! I've been to another shop that offers this, but not everyone does. their lobby and restrooms are well kept and comfortable. I've not used it, but they also offer shuttle service!
