Frequently Asked Questions
How often should I get a tune-up?
Recommended tune-up intervals depend on your vehicle’s age, engine design, and driving habits. We typically start with your manufacturer’s maintenance schedule, then adjust based on mileage and how you use your car. Our team can review your owner’s manual and service history to suggest a sensible timeframe.
Will you explain what my car really needs?
Yes. We take time to explain what we find in clear, everyday language. Our technicians review which items affect safety, which relate to comfort or performance, and what can wait. You receive information, not pressure, so you can choose the services that make sense for you.
How long will my car maintenance visit take?
The time required depends on what your vehicle needs. Many routine maintenance visits fit within part of a workday. When you schedule, we can give an estimate based on planned services. If you cannot stay, our complimentary shuttle can help you get to nearby work or errands.
Does your work affect my factory warranty?
Our goal is to support, not conflict with, your factory coverage. We use manufacturer-quality equipment and follow recommended service practices. If you have warranty paperwork, bring it with you, and we can help review it alongside your maintenance schedule.
What if you find a bigger problem during service?
If we uncover an unexpected issue, we pause and contact you before doing any extra work. We explain what we found, how urgent it is, and what your options are. You decide how to move forward, and our warranty supports the repairs you approve.
