I first took it to the service department at Crain Hyundai in Bentonville. Then Crain rep, Kevin, was extremely rude, dismissive, and lied to both my daughter and I. Then the price he quoted for repairs was outrageous. Because of his attitude and outrageous quote I declined their service. On a lark I called Christian Brothers (CB). It was a breath of fresh air! Alex, the CB rep, who helped us was friendly, listened to us, and provided cost effective and customer oriented solutions. They not only fixed the car within a day but gave us some recommendations for other repairs I was curious about. The quote CB gave us was more than $300 less than the price gouging Kevin at Crain Hyundai gave us; and Crain’s quoted didn’t include everything CB did.
