Frequently Asked Questions
How often should I get a tune-up?
The right interval depends on your vehicle and how you drive. We typically start with your owner’s manual recommendations, then consider mileage, age, and driving conditions. During each visit, we review your history and help you plan future maintenance so you are not guessing about timing.
What happens during a tune-up at your shop?
We begin by listening to your concerns, then inspect key systems that affect performance and reliability. Our technicians may check ignition parts, filters, fluids, belts, and computer codes. Afterward, we explain what we found, prioritize recommendations, and review a written estimate before any work begins.
Can I wait at your shop or get a ride?
Yes, you can choose what works best for your schedule. Many guests wait in our comfortable lobby, and others use our complimentary shuttle service within the area. We discuss timing with you at check-in so you can plan your day while your vehicle is with us.
How will I know what my car really needs?
We take time to explain our findings in plain language and show how they relate to manufacturer guidelines. Our team outlines what is urgent, what is preventive, and what can wait. You approve any work before we begin, so you never feel pressured into unnecessary services.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
We back our work with an industry-leading warranty, which is our way of standing behind the services we perform. Specific terms can vary by repair, and our team explains coverage details with your estimate so you understand how you are protected after you leave.
