“Wow. just wow. I couldn't have asked for a better experience as a customer anywhere, let alone an auto mechanic business! The office was spotless and i commented about how nice it smelled walking in. The waiting area was comfortable, the bathroom was very clean, and both rooms were decorated beautifully. The 2 employees working that day were kind, informative and attentive the entire time I was waiting for my car's tires to be replaced. While I waited, I used their free internet and was offered water or coffee, and to make my experience even better, they shared fresh baked chocolate chip cookies with me! As my car was being brought around front for me, I noticed that the shop/garage was just as clean, organized and well stocked to meet any automotive need you may have. When a business is this intentional with their customers, I have no doubt they will take great care with my car as well. I drove away with a smile on my face, and enjoyed my complimentary cold water that was left in my car for the drive home.
