Christian Brothers Automotive My new place “I was very pleased with the staff and the service! I had become so frustrated with the tire shop I had used for at least 7 years. They changed ownership three times and lost their locally owned business qualities. They had a constant turnover in their managerial staff, so every time I bonded with someone they got moved to another store. Even though my tire rotation was free, due to buying a set of tires there, I refuse to go back to Mavis. I dropped into Christian Brothers without an appointment, and they happened to be able to do my oil change and tire rotation. I was only there about an hour. Their waiting area is clean and pleasant. They even took a picture of my dirty air filter, but didn't mind me waiting for next time on that. I am thrilled to have a good alternative. My dealership is impossible to get on the phone to find out if my car is ready. Mavis has done so many things wrong that I should have left them long ago. The first thing I want you to know about their service is the kind and great customer service you get when you walk in the door and Mr Leroy or someone else will greet you. Then, you get asked if you want coffee or water, and they have other little treats, and they have great inspirational Christian information and messages there if you would like too. Secondly, when I brought to their attention a few concerns about vehicles we have, they were very clear about rephrasing what I had told them, so it was clear that they understood what my problem or need was. Next they gave me a great plan and a time frame that they kept. In addition, they even sent me a text with a link to how they had made an assessment and a projection of what would be involved, including the cost that I was then able to review and get back to them with feedback. When it came time for follow up, they were very easy and accessible. And when the job was completed, they sent me a text, so I knew exactly when things were ready and what was the next step to take. Not to mention, the nice smiles and friendly gestures that they constantly gave to me and my wife as we were involved in this process, as we were obviously stressed out about concerns with her vehicle cost and repairs. Lastly when I went to pick up the car from a few encounters that we were involved with, either minor or serious repairs, the entire staff at CBA were very warm and friendly and made accommodations to our needs!
