Frequently Asked Questions
How often should I get a car tune-up?
The right interval for a car tune-up depends on your vehicle’s age, mileage, and driving conditions. We typically start with your manufacturer’s recommendations, then adjust based on how and where you drive. Our team can review your history and suggest a schedule that fits your car and your goals.
What will you check during a tune-up?
During a tune-up, we typically focus on components that affect performance and efficiency. Our technicians inspect spark plugs, filters, visible belts, fluid levels, and basic drivability. We use quality diagnostic tools, then explain what we found and only recommend services that make sense for your vehicle.
How long will my car maintenance visit take?
The time needed for car maintenance varies based on services performed and your vehicle’s condition. Many routine visits can be completed within part of a day, while more involved work may take longer. When you schedule, we can discuss timing and offer shuttle options to help you plan.
Will you tell me if you find other issues?
Yes. If we find anything unexpected, we will contact you before moving forward. We explain what we found, how it affects your vehicle, and which items are more urgent. You receive an updated estimate, and we only complete the work you approve, so you stay in control of decisions.
Can I wait at your shop during service?
You are welcome to wait at our shop during service. We offer a comfortable, welcoming space where you can relax while we work on your car. If you prefer not to wait, we can arrange a complimentary shuttle so you can continue your day while your vehicle is in our care.
