From Vehicle Evaluation to Repair Approval
We assess the source of a vehicle concern before recommending repairs. Throughout the process, we focus on what we find, what the proposed work involves, and what it costs.
Our review process includes:
- Vehicle evaluation: We assess the stated concern and examine the vehicle as appropriate for the requested service.
- Digital Vehicle Inspection: We provide a free Digital Vehicle Inspection with photos taken during service, giving you a documented view of relevant findings.
- Pricing review: We explain prices in detail and provide upfront pricing with no hidden charges.
- Customer approval: You review the findings and estimated work before repairs proceed.
1. Schedule Your Appointment
Whether scheduling online or over the phone be sure and let us know what you're experiencing so we can provide fast and accurate service advice.
2. Diagnostics and Inspections
Drop off your vehicle and the shop will get to work with inspections and diagnostics using the same equipment as the manufacturers to determine issues and next steps.
3. Digital Vehicle Inspection Report and Estimate
Following the diagnosis we will text you a digital vehicle inspection report, containing pictures and videos of our findings and recommendations.
4. Review and Approval
A service advisor will reach out to walk you through the findings and recommendations to determine how you would like to proceed, or you can approve work directly in your DVI.
5. Work Performed or Scheduled
Most work can be completed immediately, or scheduled based on parts and customer availability.
Locally Owned European Vehicle Service
Will and Katie Fogarty locally own and operate our Simpsonville shop, where owner/operators are on-site. We approach customer care with honesty, integrity, and compassion while clearly explaining each recommendation.
Maintenance and repair decisions depend on the vehicle’s condition as identified through inspections and diagnostics. We discuss what we observed and why service may be recommended without burying the explanation in technical jargon.
Repair Warranty & Coverage Coordination
Most repairs include a 36-month or 36,000-mile warranty, whichever provides longer coverage. We can explain which coverage applies to the work under consideration.
We work with all major extended warranty providers and can confirm coverage with you when scheduling. Eligibility depends on the terms of your vehicle plan and the repair being considered, so confirming the details before service can clarify your options.
Convenient Auto Service Options in Simpsonville
You can choose from several options for managing your service visit. We offer free shuttle service, a waiting lounge with free Wi-Fi and refreshments, and after-hours key drop-off.
Our location also provides a free Courtesy Inspection that covers major systems, including:
- Lights
- Brakes
- Suspension
- Tires
- Battery
The Courtesy Inspection reviews visible and accessible major vehicle systems alongside the concern that brought you in. It’s separate from the diagnostic work that may be needed to identify the source of a warning light, unusual sound, performance change, or other specific problem.
When to Schedule European Vehicle Maintenance or Diagnostics
Follow the maintenance schedule provided for your vehicle rather than relying on a single interval for every European model. Scheduled service commonly addresses fluids, filters, and inspections based on vehicle age, mileage, and manufacturer recommendations.
Warning lights, changes in braking, and temperature concerns merit a diagnostic assessment. This process identifies the source of a concern before repairs are recommended rather than treating a visible symptom as a complete diagnosis.
Arrange an evaluation promptly when the vehicle behaves differently, particularly when the change affects steering, braking, or operating temperature. Letting the findings guide the service discussion avoids assumptions about the cause.
Plan Your European Vehicle Service with Clear Information
When scheduling by phone or through our contact form, we can discuss scheduled maintenance, warning lights, operating concerns, and possible vehicle plan coverage. We’ll also confirm applicable warranty information.

Preparing for a Diagnostic or Maintenance Visit
Describe the symptoms you have noticed, any dashboard warning messages, and the conditions under which the concern occurs. Details such as whether a noise appears during braking, a performance change happens after the engine warms up, or a warning light is constant or intermittent can help guide troubleshooting.
Bring available maintenance records so we can review recently completed work and upcoming manufacturer-recommended needs. Note any changes in steering feel, braking response, or engine performance, even if the concern doesn’t occur during every drive.
