Frequently Asked Questions
How Long Will My Oil Change Take?
Most visits are completed within a reasonable timeframe, although timing can vary with the vehicle and current schedule. When you check in, we explain our estimated timing so you can decide whether to wait or use our shuttle. Our goal is to protect your time while still doing careful work.
Can You Explain What Is Included In My Oil Change?
Yes, we walk you through exactly what is included before and after the service. That typically covers fresh engine oil, a new oil filter, and several basic checks on fluids and visible components. We review the results in plain language and answer any questions before you leave.
Do Your Technicians Work On My Specific Make?
Our ASE-certified technicians are trained to work on many different makes and models. We use information from your manufacturer and our equipment to determine the correct oil and procedures. If your vehicle has unique requirements, we discuss them with you before starting the service.
What If You Find Another Problem During My Visit?
If we notice something that may need attention, we bring it to you with a clear explanation. We describe what we found, why it matters, and what your options are. We do not perform additional work without your approval, so you stay in control of the decision.
Is It A Problem If I Am Overdue For An Oil Change?
Being overdue can put extra strain on your engine, but we see it often and handle it without judgment. We service the vehicle, look for any signs of related wear, and help you set a realistic schedule going forward. Our focus is on protecting your vehicle from this point on.
