Frequently Asked Questions
How often should I get a tune-up?
The right interval depends on your vehicle’s age, mileage, and manufacturer guidelines. We typically start with what your owner’s manual recommends, then adjust based on how and where you drive. Our team can review your maintenance history and help you decide what timing makes sense for your situation.
What happens during a tune-up at your shop?
During a tune-up, our ASE-certified technicians inspect ignition parts, filters, fluids, and key engine components. We may run diagnostic tests to check for hidden issues. Then we review our findings with you in clear language, explain options, and get your approval before performing any recommended services.
Will you call me before doing any extra work?
Yes, we will contact you before doing any work beyond what you initially requested. We explain what we found, why a service is recommended, and what it will cost. You decide how to proceed. Our goal is to keep you informed and comfortable with every step of your car’s maintenance.
Can I wait at your shop or get a ride?
You are welcome to relax in our lobby during many maintenance and tune-up visits. If you prefer not to wait, we offer a complimentary shuttle service to help you get where you need to go. We coordinate timing with you so your day stays on track.
What kind of warranty do you offer on maintenance?
We provide an industry-leading warranty on many maintenance and repair services. Specific coverage can depend on the type of work and parts used, and our team is happy to review details before any service begins. This warranty is designed to give you added confidence long after you leave our shop.
