Excellent customer service
“I've been locking for a good shop for auto repairs and received a flyer in the mail for the grand opening.
I originally brought my vehicle in for some engine leaks which were taken care of diligently, I was also informed on other items that needed attention from their initial inspection and chose the ones that I couldn't take care of myself. Zeke the mechanic was very informative and explained everything in detail, very satisfying. A couple days later I was using this same vehicle to move someone in Mesa when it stalled at a red light and I had to push it out of traffic, although I knew they were closed, it was now 6:45 pm I figured I would call. Cal the owner picked up the phone, I told him what was going on and that I still had the items that I was moving in the back of my vehicle and would have to have it towed there, he said that he would keep the shop open until I arrived, roughly 2.5 hrs later close to 10pm. Cal had the bay open when I arrived and said they would look at it in the morning. The next day I received a call from Frank the service manager saying that Zeke wanted to speak with me about my vehicle, it was wrote up as a no start, said it started right up when they went to move it and that they would try and get it to duplicate on why it just shut off. They ran a plethora of tests and came up nothing on why it just failed, asked if they could keep it for another day, I have other vehicles so I told them they could keep for as long as was needed, the next morning I received a call stating that they would like to drive it to Mesa and unload the furniture from the back because I was inconvenienced originally. I told them they did not have to do this but they kind of insisted because they wanted to duplicate my trip, what great customer service I thought. They were never able to duplicate the issue and didn't charge for the diagnostics.
Very impressive customer service, something I haven't had much luck with receiving before and I will highly recommend and use this shop for all future repairs on my other vehicles, thanks guys.”
