Frequently Asked Questions
How often should I get a tune-up?
Most modern vehicles do not need a tune-up every year, and timing depends on mileage and your manufacturer’s recommendations. We suggest checking your owner’s manual and then talking with our team. We can review your driving habits and maintenance history to suggest a schedule that makes sense.
What will you check during my tune-up?
During a tune-up, our ASE-certified technicians typically inspect ignition components, filters, fluids, and other items that affect starting and drivability. We also use manufacturer-quality equipment to evaluate how your engine is running. Afterward, we walk you through what we found and explain which services we recommend and why.
Can I drop off my car and get a ride?
Yes, if you prefer to drop off your vehicle, we offer a complimentary shuttle service for most local trips. This can be helpful if you need to get to work, home, or school while we complete your maintenance. Our goal is to make scheduling service as convenient as possible.
How will I know which services I really need?
We review our inspection results with you and explain which items affect safety or reliability now and which can be planned for later. Our approach is to educate, not pressure. We answer your questions, prioritize recommendations, and only move forward with the work you approve.
Do you offer a warranty on maintenance work?
We back our services with an industry-leading warranty on eligible maintenance and repair work. This warranty reflects our confidence in our technicians and the parts we use. Our team is happy to explain how the coverage applies to your visit before you leave the shop.
