Frequently Asked Questions
Is it safe to drive with a noisy exhaust?
Some noisy exhaust issues are mainly an inconvenience, while others can signal leaks or damage. The safest approach is to have our team inspect your vehicle and explain what is causing the sound. We can then help you decide how urgently the repair should be completed.
How long does muffler repair usually take?
Many straightforward muffler repairs can be completed the same day, depending on parts availability and the complexity of the work. We provide a time estimate after inspecting your vehicle. While we work, you can wait in our lobby or use our shuttle to reach nearby destinations.
How will you explain what my exhaust needs?
We review our inspection findings with you in clear, everyday language. Our technicians or service staff walk through which parts are affected, why we recommend certain repairs, and what your options are. You are encouraged to ask questions before you decide how to move forward.
Do your exhaust repairs come with a warranty?
Yes, our exhaust and muffler repairs are backed by an industry-leading warranty. We explain how this coverage applies to the work completed on your vehicle before you leave. That way, you know what support you have if you experience concerns after the repair.
Can I wait at the shop while my exhaust is checked?
You are welcome to wait in our comfortable lobby while we inspect your exhaust system. If you prefer not to wait on site, ask about using our complimentary shuttle service. We work to accommodate whatever option best fits your schedule and needs.
