Did You Know: The tires on your car wear at immensely different rates. Therefore rotating them on a regular schedule is your best defense to prevent the need to replace them early. A general guide to follow is to have them rotated every 5,000 miles or so.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you repair my flat tire, or will I need a new one?
We start by inspecting the tire inside and out, then decide whether repair is safe. If the puncture is in an appropriate area and the structure is sound, our team can typically repair it. When replacement is the safer choice, we explain why before moving forward.
How long does tire replacement usually take?
Many tire visits can be completed within a few hours, though timing depends on factors like tire availability and how many tires you need. We'll let you know what to expect when you schedule. If you cannot wait at the shop, our shuttle service may be able to help.
What will you check before recommending new tires?
Our ASE-certified technicians check tread depth, age, visible damage, and wear patterns on each tire. We also consider how the vehicle rides and whether there are signs of alignment issues. Then we share our findings in plain language so you can make an informed decision.
Is it safe to drive on my spare tire around town?
Spare tires are usually intended as short-term solutions. They are generally designed for lower speeds and shorter distances than regular tires. We suggest using a spare only to get to a safe place or to our shop so we can inspect and address the original tire.
How will I get home or to work while my tires are serviced?
If you cannot stay at the shop, our complimentary shuttle service can often give you a ride to nearby locations while we work on your vehicle. We discuss options with you when you schedule, so you know exactly how the visit will fit into your day.

-
Q. "How long should my tires last?"Your tire’s lifetime in mileage will depend on your maintenance and driving habits. Your tires could last up to 60,000 miles if you take good care of them, but this mileage will decrease if you don’t perform regular tire rotations.
-
Q. "How do tire rotations make my tires last longer?"Tire rotations help prevent uneven wear amongst your tires. Thus, improving the lifespan and preventing any handling issues from a worn-out tire.
