Frequently Asked Questions
How often should I get a tune-up?
Most vehicles follow the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule, which often lists recommended intervals for tune-up-related services. We review that schedule for your specific car and consider your driving habits. Together, we can plan a maintenance rhythm that supports reliability without unnecessary visits.
How long will my tune-up visit take?
Many tune-up appointments are completed within part of a day, although exact timing depends on what your vehicle needs and parts availability. When you schedule, we can give a reasonable time estimate and help arrange shuttle rides or waiting options that fit your plans.
Will you tell me the cost before starting work?
Yes, we review recommendations and pricing with you before any work begins. Our service advisors explain what we found, why we suggest specific services, and how each item affects safety or performance. You decide what to approve, and we only move forward with your consent.
What if you find other issues during my tune-up?
If we find additional concerns, we contact you to explain what we see and how urgent each item appears to be. You receive clear options, including doing some work now and planning other items later. We do not proceed with extra repairs without discussing them with you first.
Can I wait at your shop or get a ride?
You are welcome to relax in our comfortable waiting area, and many guests choose that for shorter visits. If you need to be somewhere else, we can typically provide a complimentary shuttle within the Holland area. Our goal is to keep your day moving while we care for your vehicle.
