What to Expect With a Mercedes Service A and B Service
1. Schedule Your Appointment
Whether scheduling online or over the phone be sure and let us know what you're experiencing so we can provide fast and accurate service advice.
2. Diagnostics and Inspections
Drop off your vehicle and the shop will get to work with inspections and diagnostics using the same equipment as the manufacturers to determine issues and next steps.
3. Digital Vehicle Inspection Report and Estimate
Following the diagnosis we will text you a digital vehicle inspection report, containing pictures and videos of our findings and recommendations.
4. Review and Approval
A service advisor will reach out to walk you through the findings and recommendations to determine how you would like to proceed, or you can approve work directly in your DVI.
5. Work Performed or Scheduled
Most work can be completed immediately, or scheduled based on parts and customer availability.

Our Mercedes Service Options
At Christian Brothers Automotive Grayson, we offer two comprehensive service packages specifically designed for Mercedes-Benz vehicles:
Mercedes Service A ($89.95)
This is a routine maintenance service typically recommended every 10,000 miles or 1 year (whichever comes first).
It includes:
- Oil Change with high-quality synthetic oil (up to 8 quarts)
- Oil filter replacement
- Multi-point vehicle inspection
- Tire rotation and inflation check
- Fluid level checks and top-offs (as needed)
- Brake component inspection
Please note: This price excludes exotic models and vehicles requiring special oil. This offer cannot be combined with other promotions.
Mercedes Service B ($399.95)
This is a more comprehensive service typically recommended every 20,000 miles or 2 years (whichever comes first).
It includes everything in the A Service, plus:
- Cabin Air Filter Replacement
- Brake Fluid Flush
- Wiper Blade Replacement
- Reset Maintenance Light
- Fluid Level Checks and Corrections
- Brake Component Inspection
