Frequently Asked Questions
How often should I schedule a car tune-up?
Service intervals depend on your vehicle and driving habits. Many newer cars rely more on specific maintenance items than a single tune-up at a set mileage. We review your manufacturer’s recommendations and how you drive, then help you plan a schedule that supports performance and reliability.
Will you explain maintenance recommendations before doing any work?
Yes, we explain all recommendations before starting additional work. After inspecting your vehicle, we review what we found, discuss options in clear language, and answer your questions. You choose what to approve, and we do not move forward with services you have not authorized.
How long does a typical maintenance visit take?
Timing depends on the specific services your vehicle needs and how busy the shop is that day. Basic maintenance can often be completed within part of a day, while more involved services may take longer. We let you know what to expect and offer a shuttle when appropriate.
What if you find more issues during my tune-up?
If we find additional concerns, we will contact you first. Our team explains what we see, what is most important for safety, and what can be planned for later. You decide how to proceed, and we strive to prioritize work in a way that fits your budget and schedule.
Is your work on maintenance and tune-ups under warranty?
Yes, our maintenance and tune-up services are backed by an industry-leading warranty. Specific terms can vary, and our team is happy to explain coverage before or after your visit. The warranty is one way we show our confidence in the quality of our work and parts.
