Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know if my brakes are unsafe?
If your brakes make grinding noises, feel soft, vibrate, or trigger a warning light, they may not be working as they should. These signs can mean your stopping distance is increasing. We recommend scheduling an inspection so our team can check your braking system and explain what is happening.
How long does a typical brake repair take?
Many brake services, such as replacing pads and servicing rotors, can often be completed the same day, depending on parts condition and workload. We will give you a time estimate after the inspection and offer shuttle service when available so you can keep your day on track.
Will you tell me the cost before starting any brake work?
Yes, we always review an estimate with you before beginning any brake work. Our team explains what we found, which items affect safety, and what each option costs. You have the chance to ask questions and approve the plan that fits your needs and budget.
What kind of warranty do you offer on brakes?
We back our brake services with an industry-leading warranty that reflects our confidence in the parts and workmanship. The exact terms can vary by service, and our team will explain the details with your estimate. This warranty provides added peace of mind long after you leave our shop.
Can I wait in your lobby while you check my brakes?
Yes, you are welcome to relax in our comfortable lobby while we inspect your brakes. If you have a busy schedule, you can also ask about our complimentary shuttle service. We will contact you with our findings and walk you through the estimate before doing any work.
