Frequently Asked Questions
Is it safe to drive if my engine is overheating?
It is generally not safe to keep driving once your engine overheats. The best step is to pull over safely, turn off the engine, and let it cool. Driving hot can quickly damage internal components. We can help you assess the situation and decide how to get your vehicle to our shop.
Do I really need a full radiator replacement?
Not every cooling issue requires a new radiator. Our technicians inspect the entire system and explain what is actually failing. If a hose, clamp, or thermostat will solve the problem, we will tell you. We recommend radiator replacement only when it is the most reliable and sensible choice.
How long does radiator repair or replacement take?
Many radiator repairs and replacements can be completed within the same day, although timing depends on your vehicle and parts availability. We explain the expected timeline up front so you can plan. Our complimentary shuttle service can help you stay on schedule while we work on your car.
How will you explain what my car needs?
We use everyday language and clear visuals whenever possible. After testing your cooling system, we review what we found, what that means for your engine, and the options available to you. You can ask as many questions as you like, and we will not move forward until you are comfortable with the plan.
What kind of warranty do you offer on radiator work?
We back our radiator and cooling system services with an industry-leading warranty on parts and labor. This coverage is designed to give you peace of mind after a major repair. Our team explains how the warranty applies to your specific service before you approve any work.
