Our Approach to Brake System Care
The braking system is a complex network of components, and a problem with any one of them affects the whole. Our technicians are proficient in servicing all brake system types, from drum to disc brakes, using advanced diagnostic tools and high-quality parts on every repair.
What Our Brake Inspection Covers
Our comprehensive brake inspection includes a thorough evaluation of the following components:
- Brake pads and shoes: We measure remaining thickness to determine whether replacement is needed.
- Rotors and drums: We inspect for warping or uneven surfaces that can cause pulsation or reduced stopping power.
- Brake fluid: We check the level and condition. Contaminated or low fluid can compromise the entire hydraulic system.
- Calipers and wheel cylinders: We confirm these components are applying pressure to pads and shoes correctly.
- Brake hoses and lines: We look for leaks, cracks, or damage that could cause a loss of hydraulic pressure.
- Master cylinder and brake hardware: We examine the central components of your braking system for wear or failure.
Brake Services We Offer
Beyond the inspection, drivers in the Bixby area have access to a full menu of brake repair services: Brake Pad and Shoe Replacement, Rotor and Drum Service, Brake Fluid Exchange, Hydraulic System Repairs, ABS and Electronic Diagnostics, Parking Brake Service, and Brake Hardware Replacement. If your ABS warning light is on, we use advanced tools to diagnose and service the Anti-Lock Braking System. If your emergency brake needs adjustment, we handle that too. Worn clips, springs, and pins get replaced under Brake Hardware Replacement so your pads wear evenly and operate quietly. Catching brake problems early can keep small issues from becoming expensive ones.
