How European Vehicle Service Moves From Inspection to Approval
We separate inspection and diagnosis from authorization, giving you time to review the evidence and estimate before approving any work.
- Schedule and describe the concern. Tell us the vehicle’s make, model, symptoms, warning messages, and requested maintenance.
- Inspect and diagnose. Our technicians evaluate the relevant systems and prepare a Digital Vehicle Inspection report, which can include photos and videos.
- Review and approve. We explain the recommendations and estimate. Once you approve the work, we can complete it or schedule it for a later visit.
1. Schedule Your Appointment
Whether scheduling online or over the phone be sure and let us know what you're experiencing so we can provide fast and accurate service advice.
2. Diagnostics and Inspections
Drop off your vehicle and the shop will get to work with inspections and diagnostics using the same equipment as the manufacturers to determine issues and next steps.
3. Digital Vehicle Inspection Report and Estimate
Following the diagnosis we will text you a digital vehicle inspection report, containing pictures and videos of our findings and recommendations.
4. Review and Approval
A service advisor will reach out to walk you through the findings and recommendations to determine how you would like to proceed, or you can approve work directly in your DVI.
5. Work Performed or Scheduled
Most work can be completed immediately, or scheduled based on parts and customer availability.
OEM-Level Diagnostics for European Vehicles
European vehicles often use manufacturer-specific electronic controls, service indicators, and diagnostic procedures. We use metric tools and OEM-level diagnostic software. Our technicians receive ongoing updates on service procedures, diagnostic technology, and software for European makes and models.
Diagnostic software provides fault information, but a code alone doesn’t determine the repair. We compare electronic data with the vehicle’s symptoms and physical inspection findings before recommending a course of action.
Planning European Vehicle Maintenance & Repairs
The right maintenance plan depends on more than mileage. Elapsed time, model year, service history, operating condition, and manufacturer requirements can all affect what your vehicle needs.
A check engine light, dashboard message, leak, unusual noise, vibration, or performance change should be evaluated rather than treated as a routine service reminder. For an Audi or BMW, for example, a warning light or drivability concern may require diagnostics, while scheduled maintenance follows the applicable service interval.
Service costs vary based on parts, labor, diagnostic complexity, and manufacturer requirements. Our visual inspection information and defined estimate let you review the recommended scope before authorizing repairs.
