Christian Brothers Automotive Great service “Both of my visits to Christian Brothers Automotive have been excellent for these reasons. There were never attempts to sell additional services. Specifically, there were no unexpected repairs found. I am fine when they arise, and Christian Brothers Automotive (CBA) said nothing else was needed. Visit 1: On my oldest Mercedes with 156,000 miles, CBA did the alignment and it totally improved the steering. I fully expected there to be other problems since the steering wheel was straight and the car steered straight. But the simple (and Inexpensive) alignment totally corrected the problem. Visit 2: On my other Mercedes, they did a Pre Purchase Inspection (after I bought the car, since car was out of state) and found no problems. Again, would have been easy to say this or that was needed. Also, I waited on my car. During that time, I heard a phone call to a customer. CBA told the customer that the lesser expensive repair worked fine so no need for the additional parts and service. During this same visit, a customer arrived to get their car. The conversation between him and staff was similar to the conversation I heard on the phone. Only an adjustment was needed vs new parts. I have a 3rd/new Mercedes and will now take to them when it needs service. I arrived for my scheduled appointment and was greeted immediately and shown the waiting area. My grandaughter was with me and they made sure I knew they had snacks. I Let them know my winshield washer tank was leaking so they didnt need to refill that. I also suspected i had a nail in one of my tires but could not find it. Long story short, my car was finished very quickly and I was told the screw in my tire had been repaired and when I went to leave my indicator showed washer fluid full.
