Frequently Asked Questions
How do you make sure I am not overcharged?
We review every recommended service with you before any work begins and explain why it matters. You see the estimate in advance and can approve or decline individual items. Our team focuses on what your vehicle truly needs, and we are always ready to answer questions about pricing.
What kind of warranty do you offer on repairs?
We offer an industry-leading warranty on qualifying repairs, which is our way of showing we stand behind our workmanship. The specific terms can vary by service, so our team will explain how the warranty applies to your visit before you approve the work.
Are your technicians qualified to work on my car?
Yes. Our technicians are ASE-certified and trained to work on a wide range of vehicles. They use manufacturer-quality equipment and follow clear procedures for diagnostics and repair. If you have questions about your specific vehicle, we are happy to talk through how we typically service that make and model.
Can you help if I need a ride while my car is here?
We offer complimentary shuttle service for many guests who need a ride while their vehicle is with us. Availability can depend on timing and distance, so our front office team will review the options when you schedule. Our goal is to help you keep your day moving smoothly.
How will you keep me updated during my service visit?
We stay in contact throughout your visit using the communication method you prefer when possible. After diagnostics, we call to explain what we found and review your options before starting work. If anything changes, we reach out again so you never feel uncertain about status or cost.
