Our European Vehicle Service Process
Every visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Towne Lake begins with a complimentary digital vehicle inspection covering your vehicle’s major systems. We share clear, honest findings before any work is authorized. For European vehicle owners accustomed to dealership visits, the difference is shorter wait times, straightforward communication, and no pressure to approve services your car doesn’t need. Same diagnostic accuracy, without the upsell.
1. Schedule Your Appointment
Whether scheduling online or over the phone be sure and let us know what you're experiencing so we can provide fast and accurate service advice.
2. Diagnostics and Inspections
Drop off your vehicle and the shop will get to work with inspections and diagnostics using the same equipment as the manufacturers to determine issues and next steps.
3. Digital Vehicle Inspection Report and Estimate
Following the diagnosis we will text you a digital vehicle inspection report, containing pictures and videos of our findings and recommendations.
4. Review and Approval
A service advisor will reach out to walk you through the findings and recommendations to determine how you would like to proceed, or you can approve work directly in your DVI.
5. Work Performed or Scheduled
Most work can be completed immediately, or scheduled based on parts and customer availability.
Transparent Pricing for European Vehicle Service
Some European models involve higher parts or labor costs because of their engineering. That’s simply the nature of vehicles built to tighter tolerances with proprietary components. What we control is how we handle that reality: honest estimates, competitive pricing, and no surprises after the fact. You’ll know the full cost before we begin.
When Your European Vehicle Is Trying to Tell You Something
European vehicles include sophisticated onboard systems designed to flag developing issues early. Dashboard warnings, unusual noises, or changes in steering and handling are signals worth taking seriously. Because these vehicles differ from domestic models in components and design, a shop equipped with the right diagnostic software can make a meaningful difference in getting to the actual cause quickly.
Christian Brothers Automotive Towne Lake serves European vehicle owners in Woodstock, Cherokee County, and Kennesaw. Call (770) 404-8938 to schedule your European Services appointment.
European vehicles often follow factory-scheduled maintenance intervals specific to each make, using proprietary fluids, torque specifications, and service reset procedures that differ from domestic platforms. Following these intervals and logging them correctly matters, particularly for vehicles still under manufacturer warranty or covered by an extended warranty plan.
Staying current on scheduled maintenance also helps preserve the driving performance these vehicles are known for. Early warning signs that service is overdue can include reduced fuel efficiency or difficulty starting in cold weather. Catching these signals early can mean simpler, less expensive repairs than waiting until a minor issue compounds into a major one.
