Documented Inspections & Upfront Recommendations
Our free Courtesy Inspection reviews the vehicle’s lights, brakes, suspension, tires, and battery. The results give fleet decision-makers useful information for planning upcoming maintenance or repairs.
During service, our free Digital Vehicle Inspection provides actual vehicle photos. You can review documented conditions, recommendations, and available options before deciding how to proceed.
We provide upfront, honest pricing without extra or hidden fees, allowing the authorized contact to evaluate the proposed work and cost before approving repairs.

Accountability for Your Fleet Vehicles
Our ASE-certified technicians perform maintenance and repairs using established service procedures. Sterling and Abe Woody own and operate the Temple business, providing direct accountability for the care customers receive.
Services performed by our Temple team include warranty coverage for repairs, parts, and service for three years or 36,000 miles, whichever occurs last. We can explain how the warranty applies to proposed fleet work before service begins.
Keeping Temple Fleets Ready for Daily Operations
Temple sits at the crossroads of I-35, a major north-south Texas corridor used by distribution, warehouse, and industrial businesses that rely on company vehicles. For organizations operating on fixed schedules, an unexpected mechanical problem can leave a needed vehicle unavailable.
Preventive maintenance can identify wear before a mechanical failure interrupts scheduled use. When several vehicles require attention, reviewing their needs together helps the business prioritize service based on daily operational demands.
What to Confirm About Fleet Service Coverage
Fleet maintenance commonly begins with manufacturer-recommended inspections and the replacement of worn maintenance items. Because requirements vary by vehicle, businesses should confirm compatibility and the requested service scope before scheduling work.
Common fleet service categories include:
- Vehicle diagnostics for warning lights, drivability concerns, and performance problems
- Brake, suspension, and steering repairs
- Climate-control, transmission, and exhaust service
- Alignment and filtration system service
Diagnostics identify the underlying cause of a reported symptom before repairs are authorized. This helps the authorized contact evaluate the recommendation rather than relying only on a warning light or driver’s description.
Planning Repair Authorization & Fleet Scheduling
Before fleet work begins, businesses should identify who can approve repairs. The shop and organization should also confirm how estimates, invoices, payments, and service records will be handled.
A multi-vehicle service plan requires confirmed appointment availability and a clear priority order. Fleet operators can identify the vehicles most important to daily operations, then discuss their service and scheduling needs with us. Specific account arrangements, approval procedures, and commercial invoicing expectations should be established during that conversation.
Discuss Your Temple Fleet Service Needs

Using Maintenance Plans, Diagnostics & Service Records
Manufacturer-recommended maintenance intervals provide a baseline for planning service across a fleet. Actual needs can also depend on vehicle condition, mileage, and findings documented during an inspection.
Diagnostics distinguish a driver-reported symptom from the underlying condition requiring repair. A warning light or performance change signals the need for an evaluation, but it doesn’t identify the correct repair by itself.
Service records document completed maintenance and repairs for each vehicle. Consistent records allow fleet operators to review prior work, monitor maintenance intervals, and prepare for future service decisions.
