Frequently Asked Questions
How often should I schedule a tune-up?
The right interval depends on your vehicle and how you drive. Many modern cars follow manufacturer maintenance schedules instead of a single tune-up mileage. We can review your owner’s information, talk about your daily driving, and recommend a timing plan that fits your situation.
Will you explain what my car really needs?
Yes, clear explanation is central to how we serve guests. Our team reviews inspection results with you, explains what each item means, and prioritizes safety and reliability. You can ask questions at any point, and we only perform work that you approve after understanding the recommendations.
Can I wait at your shop during service?
In many cases, you can wait comfortably while we complete maintenance. We offer a welcoming lobby for guests who prefer to stay. If your visit will take longer or you need to be elsewhere, we also provide a complimentary shuttle service for many appointments, subject to availability.
Are your technicians certified to work on my car?
Our technicians are ASE certified and work with manufacturer-quality equipment. This combination supports careful diagnostics and maintenance across many makes and models. If you have questions about your specific vehicle, we are happy to discuss how we typically care for similar cars and trucks.
How do I schedule my first maintenance visit?
Scheduling is simple. You can call our shop or visit us to talk through your needs and set a time. We will discuss your vehicle, recent service history, and any concerns you have, then plan a visit that works for your schedule and keeps you informed from start to finish.
