Frequently Asked Questions
How often should I get a tune up
Most vehicles benefit from tune up related services based on mileage and time, not a fixed yearly rule. We look at your manufacturer’s maintenance schedule, your driving habits, and any symptoms you report. Then we explain which items are due now and help you plan for upcoming visits.
How will I know you are not adding extras
We review every recommendation with you before work begins and provide a written estimate. Our technicians explain why each item matters and how it affects your vehicle. You choose what to approve, and we do not move forward on additional services without your consent.
How long does a typical tune up visit take
Visit length depends on your vehicle, mileage, and which services you approve. Many tune up related appointments can be completed within part of a day. If you have timing needs, our team discusses options up front, and our shuttle helps you stay on schedule while we work.
Can you work on my older vehicle
We service a wide range of vehicles, including many that have been on the road for years. Our team reviews the condition of your car, your goals, and manufacturer guidance. We then suggest maintenance that can help extend its useful life when practical and explain when larger repairs may not be cost effective.
What warranty do you offer on maintenance work
We back our maintenance and repair work with an industry leading warranty that reflects our confidence in our technicians and processes. Specific terms vary by service type, and our team explains coverage details before you approve work so you know how your vehicle is protected after you leave our shop.
