Frequently Asked Questions
Is It Safe To Keep Driving With A Bouncy Ride
Driving with a bouncy ride can be risky because your tires may not stay firmly on the road, especially during braking or on rough pavement. We recommend scheduling a suspension inspection as soon as you notice persistent bouncing so we can check safety and explain your options.
How Will You Know If My Shocks Really Need Replacing
Our ASE-certified technicians inspect your shocks for leaks, damage, and reduced damping, and they evaluate how your vehicle behaves on the road. We explain what we see and why replacement is, or is not, recommended so you can decide with all the facts in front of you.
What Can I Expect To Pay For Suspension Repairs
The cost of suspension repairs depends on which components are worn, the type of vehicle you drive, and how many parts need replacement. We provide clear estimates before work begins, review them with you, and only proceed with the repairs you approve, so there are no surprise charges.
Can I Wait At Your Shop While My Car Is Serviced
Yes, you can often wait in our comfortable lobby if the work fits into your schedule. If you need to be somewhere else in the area, we also offer a complimentary shuttle service for many appointments, which helps you stay on track while we care for your vehicle.
What Warranty Do You Offer On Shocks & Struts
We back our shocks, struts, and related suspension repairs with an industry-leading warranty on parts and labor. During your visit, we explain how this coverage applies to your specific services so you leave knowing how your repairs are protected over time.
