Frequently Asked Questions
How Long Will My Oil Change Take?
Most routine oil services are completed within a relatively short visit, although timing can vary based on your vehicle and what our technicians find. When you check in, our team can provide a more specific estimate and keep you updated while we care for your car.
Can I Wait At The Shop During My Oil Change?
Yes, you are welcome to wait in our comfortable lobby while we service your vehicle. If you prefer not to stay, ask our staff about our complimentary shuttle within the Centennial area, which can help you keep up with work, school, or errands during your visit.
What Kind Of Oil Will You Use In My Car?
We use oil types that align with your vehicle manufacturer's recommendations, whether that is conventional, synthetic blend, or full synthetic. Our technicians review your vehicle information, explain the options in clear language, and confirm the choice with you before service begins.
Will You Recommend Other Services During My Oil Change?
If we see something that may affect your safety or your vehicle's health, we will let you know and explain why it matters. Any additional service is your choice. Our goal is to provide honest information and recommendations, not to pressure you into work you do not want.
How Often Should I Schedule An Oil Change With You?
Oil service intervals depend on your vehicle and driving habits. We look at the manufacturer's guidelines and talk with you about how you use your car, then help you plan a schedule that makes sense. If you are unsure, our team can review your maintenance history and provide guidance.
