3. Digital Vehicle Inspection Report and Estimate
Following the diagnosis we will text you a digital vehicle inspection report, containing pictures and videos of our findings and recommendations.
4. Review and Approval
A service advisor will reach out to walk you through the findings and recommendations to determine how you would like to proceed, or you can approve work directly in your DVI.
5. Work Performed or Scheduled
Most work can be completed immediately, or scheduled based on parts and customer availability.

Q. "How often should I change my air filter?"Most of the time you want to refer to your manufacturer’s recommendation. And when you look at the service schedule of most manufacturers, it’s every 5 to 7,000 miles. We recommend that you have it checked at every oil change interval and your service technician will advise you on whether a replacement is needed or not.
Q. "Does a clogged or dirty air filter affect your A/C or your fuel mileage?"Typically we don’t see concerns with your AC with a clogged air filter, but it will in fact affect your fuel mileage. A clogged air filter can actually affect your fuel mileage up to three to four miles per gallon. So you want to make sure that you’re having your air filter checked and serviced, at least every other oil change.
Q. "What does your air filter do?"Your engine air filter works to keep any contaminants out of your engine. If your air filters are not regularly replaced, you could start to see a decrease in your engine's performance.

If you have an extended warranty, you can discuss your carrier with our team when scheduling an appointment and confirm that the work will be covered. Q. "What is a Digital Vehicle Inspection?"With a complimentary Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) on every visit, you’ll see firsthand photos of your vehicle from under the hood. We’ll let you know if everything is functioning properly or if there are any areas of concern. You can even approve or deny our service recommendations, all straight from your smartphone, or you can, of course, give us a call and we’ll explain our findings in further detail.
